About The Position

Mobilelink, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate for its Victoria, Texas location. The role serves customers by identifying their needs and providing suitable solutions. Mobilelink provides training and tools, commission-based earning potential, and a career path with opportunities for advancement into leadership. Employees may also participate in occasional Cricket Wireless sales events, community engagements, and promotional activities, with reasonable notice. Event participation is a condition of employment.

Requirements

Fluency in at least two languages; this position requires English and Spanish.
Clear communication skills, a positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
Ability to work at least 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation to the work location.
Live within 30 minutes of the home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations within the district as needed.
Ability to operate a personal computer.
Adhere to the Team Color policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions through completion, and solve problems under pressure.

Nice To Haves

Retail sales background is helpful but not required.
Strong social media presence preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, customer-focused service and understand customers’ needs.
Offer tailored solutions to individuals, families, and businesses.
Represent Mobilelink and the Cricket brand professionally and courteously.
Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators.
Occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless.
At events, engage with customers, represent Cricket Wireless products and services, distribute marketing materials, and assist with setup or breakdown.
