About The Position

Carenet Healthcare Services is seeking bilingual Registered Nurses to provide telehealth and virtual-care services to diverse populations of patients and health plan members. Services include clinical triage assessments, health education, care guidance, and other clinical support. Nurses interact with patients by phone, video, chat, and other online channels, using evidence-based protocols and individualized, empathetic care. This work-from-home role involves assessing patients’ needs, directing them to appropriate levels of care, identifying potential health concerns, and supporting informed health decisions. Nurses work independently on routine patient-care matters within their license level, communicate with clients and colleagues, document interactions in management software, monitor performance metrics, and participate in coaching. The position is described as fast-paced and less physically demanding than a traditional clinical setting. The role is full-time, 36–40 hours per week, and requires at least two weekend days every two weeks. Training lasts 2–4 weeks, with the first two weeks during daytime hours; full attendance is required. Training takes place in a virtual, interactive classroom. The home office must meet certification requirements explained during the interview process. The position has a listed start date of November 30, 2026. Carenet is not authorized to hire in IL, AK, CA, MA, MI, MN, NY, NV, NJ, OR, RI, WA, WV, HI, CT, DE, VT, or Puerto Rico.
