About The Position

LumiCare, a member of the Merakey family of companies, is seeking a PRN Remote Registered Nurse to provide professional telehealth support to contracted provider partners. The RN assesses health-related concerns, delivers clinical guidance, and facilitates timely care recommendations. This remote position is open to people residing in Ohio, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Texas, Tennessee, Louisiana, Florida, or Virginia. Overnight, weekend, and holiday availability is required. Pay is $31 per hour.

Requirements

• Active RN Compact License.
• Must reside in Ohio, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Texas, Tennessee, Louisiana, Florida, or Virginia.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience in an acute or ambulatory care setting within the United States.
• Additional RN licenses as determined by LumiCare.

Nice To Haves

• IDD group home experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patient health concerns, determining the appropriate level of care and intervention.
• Use clinical judgment and evidence-based decision-making to address patient needs and provide nursing guidance.
• Monitor remote patient support and monitoring systems, including reviewing vital sign data and compliance alerts.
• Advise customers or their support teams on actions to take in response to vital sign or compliance alerts.
• Respond to symptom-based inquiries, injuries, and general health questions using approved clinical software, nursing protocols, and guideline resources.
• Accurately document patient interactions and recommendations in accordance with organizational standards.
