About The Position

As a Registered Nurse at Elkhart Meadows, you will build meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of residents and staff. Requirements

Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
Proficient medication management skills.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.

Responsibilities

Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
