About The Position
Accel at Crystal Park in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is seeking a Registered Nurse to participate in and direct patient care in accordance with facility clinical systems, regulatory requirements, and physician orders. The nurse is responsible for helping ensure high-quality services in a customer-service-friendly environment and creating a positive patient experience through compassionate care. The facility specializes in rehabilitative care and provides clinical care, rehabilitation, wellness, and supportive services for patients and residents. This is a PRN, per-diem role with shifts picked up as needed.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma.
- Flexibility to pick up shifts as needed.
- Solid understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Observe patients, chart, and report changes in patients' conditions.
- Answer patient calls and determine how to assist them.
- Provide basic patient care or treatments.
- Work as part of a healthcare team to assess patient needs, plan and modify care, and implement interventions.
- Participate in and direct delivery of patient care in accordance with facility clinical systems, regulatory requirements, and physician orders.
- Help ensure high-quality services and a positive patient experience.
