About The Position

The Bilingual Recruiter works in the Kenosha, Wisconsin office Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; the position is not remote or hybrid. The role focuses on attracting and recruiting candidates, supporting order fulfillment, and helping meet customer and internal team needs. The recruiter collaborates with the team on recruiting strategies, uses creative and marketing skills to promote opportunities through postings, social media, and the community, and interviews candidates to identify suitable matches. The recruiter also conducts drug screens, background checks, and I-9 paperwork for candidates moving into employment.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Ability to manage 40 or more customers daily.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to assess, delegate, and follow up on customer orders or requests and internal team needs.
• High-volume recruiting ability and a sense of urgency.
