That is the job we are hiring for. We are looking for a full-time Bilingual Recruiter who takes real ownership of finding good people. Not someone who waits for applications to come in, but someone who goes out and finds the person who is going to be with us in three years.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written — this is essential to the role
Someone who is genuinely good with people and can read character quickly
Experience in recruiting, staffing, or high-volume hourly hiring
Organized enough to juggle a lot of openings without letting a candidate fall through the cracks
Willing to work in the afternoon hours, because the people we hire work evenings and nights
A driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Recruit continuously for our cleaning teams — this is an always-on role, not a req-by-req one
Go find candidates: community partners, referrals, hiring events, direct outreach, and neighborhood sourcing
Screen every candidate against real criteria and recommend the ones worth a manager's time
Run new hire orientation in English and Spanish and get people fully set up before their first shift
Own our job requisitions and keep the applicant tracking system genuinely accurate
Check in with new hires at 30, 60, and 90 days — getting them hired is half the job
Be the bridge between our Spanish-speaking team members and our leadership
