About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Bilingual Physician Assistant (PA) for NOELA Community Health Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. This is a full-time outpatient primary care position within a community health center setting. The PA will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic medical conditions with an emphasis on preventive medicine and wellness. The role involves managing approximately 18-22 patients per day in a collaborative outpatient practice, delivering chronic disease management, preventive screenings, patient education, and follow-up care. The PA will work alongside physicians, nurses, and support staff committed to improving healthcare access for underserved communities within a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to culturally competent care.

Requirements

  • Active Louisiana Physician Assistant license.
  • Vietnamese bilingual required.
  • Ability to provide primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and chronic disease management skills.
  • One year of experience preferred; motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
