About The Position

We are seeking a driven, compassionate, and bilingual attorney to join our Personal Injury team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to help many people through difficult times without the burden of going to court. You will spend your day crafting strategy, reviewing records, and providing legal advice, while support work is handled by our accomplished teams. You will have the opportunity to be a source of stability and comfort for injured people, guiding them through their situation. Multiple teams will support all aspects of the case, including negotiations, liens, or litigation. Time-management and organization are key to our goal of providing quality legal work for as many people as possible. This is a good fit for ambitious attorneys who care deeply about their clients.

Requirements

• North Carolina Bar license
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of cases
• Moderate capabilities for technology
• Bilingual required
