About The Position

The firm is hiring a driven, compassionate bilingual attorney for its Personal Injury team. The attorney will manage a steady stream of cases, develop case strategy, review records, and provide legal advice to injured clients while support teams handle related operational work. The role offers the opportunity to guide clients through difficult situations, with support available for negotiations, liens, and litigation. Strong organization and time management are important in this fast-paced, high-volume practice. Experience in personal injury law or related fields is preferred but not required; the firm provides training and mentorship. The role requires in-office training and full on-site attendance for at least the duration of the probationary period. The position is otherwise described as remote.

Requirements

North Carolina Bar license.
Bilingual proficiency.
Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, and communication skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of cases and manage time effectively.
Moderate technology capabilities.
Ability to work on-site during training and for at least the duration of the probationary period.
