Bilingual Maternity Navigator

Nadia Care•Memphis, TN
•$18 - $23

About The Position

Nadia Care is hiring a full-time Bilingual Maternity Navigator to serve as a trusted partner and advocate for expectant and new mothers. Navigators build meaningful relationships with families, bridge the healthcare system and community, and help mothers feel heard, empowered, and equipped for a healthy pregnancy. The role primarily serves Nadia members in South Memphis, Whitehaven, Hickory Hill, Parkway Village, and North Memphis. It includes virtual and in-person member interactions and requires schedule flexibility, typically Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., with occasional weekends and a light on-call rotation. Nadia Care provides pregnancy, birth, and postpartum support through care navigation, doula support, lactation and nutrition assistance, and help accessing resources such as housing and transportation. Its services complement—not replace—members’ relationships with their primary obstetricians or doctors. The position is full-time and hourly, with a pay range of $18–$23 per hour; exact compensation depends on years of directly relevant experience. The role requires working independently in the field while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of specialists.
