Bilingual Maternity Navigator

Nadia Care•Memphis, TN

About The Position

Nadia Care is seeking a full-time Bilingual Maternity Navigator to serve as a trusted partner and advocate for expectant and new mothers. Navigators build meaningful relationships with families in the communities they serve and bridge healthcare systems and communities, helping mothers feel heard, empowered, and equipped for a healthy pregnancy. The role primarily supports members in South Memphis, Whitehaven, Hickory Hill, Parkway Village, and North Memphis, through in-person and virtual engagement. It requires schedule flexibility, typically Monday through Friday, either 9 a.m.–5 p.m. or 11 a.m.–7 p.m., with occasional weekends and a light on-call rotation. The position is full-time hourly, with pay of $18–$23 per hour depending on relevant experience. Nadia Care provides wrap-around support and care navigation, connecting members with resources such as doula support, lactation assistance, nutrition, housing, and transportation. The Navigator works alongside a multidisciplinary care team and supports members’ health-related social needs; the service does not replace members’ relationships with their obstetricians or doctors. Remote positions are open only to candidates in the contiguous United States, with stated exclusions for North Dakota, Alabama, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and locations outside the contiguous United States.
