Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or relate degrees.
  • Some occasional Domestic international travel required ( 5 ~ 10%)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve internal logistics processes from warehouse storage through production line replenishment.
  • Develop and implement bi-weekly logistics best practices to drive operational excellence.
  • Analyze and optimize warehouse, staging, and production support areas to improve material flow and space utilization.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for inbound and outbound logistics routes to reduce transportation waste and increase efficiency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that support lean manufacturing principles.
  • Ensure stable and uninterrupted material supply to production lines.
  • Monitor supply processes and implement corrective actions to prevent shortages and production disruptions.
  • Develop and implement packaging improvements for both locally sourced and imported parts.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to reduce packaging-related damage, waste, and transportation inefficiencies.
  • Manage truck scheduling and dock operations to support efficient inbound and outbound transportation activities.
  • Coordinate logistics activities to maximize operational efficiency and minimize delays.
