About The Position

Loan Sales Specialists at OneMain help customers access friendly, fast, and affordable financing by listening to their needs and presenting tailored solutions. This is an onsite position in Corpus Christi. The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with extended weekday hours as needed and possible Saturday work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to changing demands to provide timely, efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations with ease, empathy, and encouragement while contributing to individual and branch goals.
• Develop and maintain customer connections throughout the loan process and loan life cycle, presenting solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Bring an achievement-oriented, goal-focused attitude to the role.
• Educate customers about optional insurance products and ensure they understand loan terms and available options.
