About The Position

At OneMain, Loan Sales Specialists help customers access friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life’s expenses by listening to their needs and offering suitable solutions. The role is based on site in Corpus Christi and involves working in a competitive, dynamic environment where individual effort and teamwork contribute to success. It offers professional development and advancement opportunities, including pathways to leadership roles such as Branch Manager and District Manager. The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Some extended weekday hours may be needed, and the schedule may include Saturdays. Loan Sales Specialists support customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle, including collections activities, while complying with applicable laws and regulations. They use multiple communication channels and internal systems to serve customers and explain loan terms and optional insurance products.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.

Bilingual in Spanish.

Clearly explain optional insurance products so customers understand the loans, terms, and available options.
