We’re looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual (Spanish/English) HR professional who enjoys supporting others, staying organized, and being a key part of the employee experience—from onboarding through day-to-day support.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of Human Resources or related experience
  • Bilingual Spanish/English (required) – strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of HR fundamentals (onboarding, employee records, recruiting coordination)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in creating a welcoming, seamless onboarding experience for new hires—handling paperwork, coordinating orientations, and setting employees up for success from day one
  • Maintain accurate and organized employee records, ensuring compliance and confidentiality at all times
  • Support recruiting efforts by posting roles, reviewing candidates, and coordinating interviews
  • Act as a go-to resource for employees—answering questions around HR policies, procedures, and benefits in both Spanish and English
  • Assist with benefits administration and leave tracking, helping employees navigate enrollments, updates, and questions
  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative support including reporting, data entry, and documentation
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as the organization continues to grow and evolve
