About The Position
EmployBridge is seeking a Bilingual Field Recruiter who is fluent in Spanish and English. This position requires 50% travel and is based in Hagerstown, MD. The role is focused on changing lives one day at a time by finding great people great jobs, built on values of Honesty, Integrity, Maturity, Passion, and Family First.
Requirements
- Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
- Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
- Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
- Bilingual (Spanish & English)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with VMS systems a plus!
- Leadership exposure/experience a plus!
Responsibilities
- Meet with the team to brainstorm new ways to attract great people to work.
- Use creative thinking to attract candidates.
- Apply marketing skills to postings, social media, and the community.
- Use people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate.
- Build a pipeline of people and actively look for ways to impact order fulfillment.
- Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s for new hires.
