EmployBridge is seeking a Bilingual Field Recruiter who is fluent in both Spanish and English to join their team in Aberdeen, MD. Requirements

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
• Bilingual (Spanish & English)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with VMS systems
• Leadership exposure/experience

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to attract candidates.
• Use creative thinking to attract candidates.
• Apply marketing skills to postings, social media sites, and the community.
• Use people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate.
• Build a pipeline of people and actively look for ways to impact order fulfillment.
• Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s for new hires.
