About The Position

EmployBridge is seeking a Bilingual Field Recruiter who is fluent in both Spanish and English to join their team in Chambersburg, PA. This role is focused on changing lives one day at a time by finding great people great jobs. The company values honesty, integrity, maturity, passion, and family first. The recruiter will use creative thinking and marketing skills to attract candidates, conduct interviews, build a pipeline of potential employees, and manage the onboarding process including drug screens, background checks, and I-9s.

Requirements

Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
Bilingual (Spanish & English)

Nice To Haves

Experience with VMS systems a plus!
Leadership exposure/experience a plus!

Responsibilities

Meet with the team to brainstorm new ways to attract great people to work.
Use creative thinking to attract candidates.
Apply marketing skills to postings, social media, and the community.
Use people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate.
Build a pipeline of people and actively look for ways to impact order fulfillment.
Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s for new hires.
