About The Position

Hyundai Auto Canada Corp. is seeking a Bilingual Dealer Warranty Specialist to review, analyze, and process claims, warranty hotlines, and prior work authorizations related to the Hyundai Warranty program. This role provides support to Zone Warranty Support Managers and dealers. The position is located in Eastern Zone, Brossard, QC.

Requirements

Completion of a secondary school diploma and college, e.g., diploma / certificate / trade license…or an equivalent combination of experience and education
5+ years of relevant experience in same or similar function.
Automotive technical knowledge definitely an asset.
Good oral and written communications skills in both English and French
Excellent MS Office skills.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

Claims and PWAs adjudication in accordance with policy
Respond to dealer warranty inquiries by Warranty hotlines, phone and email.
Monitor dealer claiming practices against warranty policies.
Submit Labour Time Standard (LTS) reviews.
Review and Process dealer labour rate reviews.
Respond to queries from factory and Mobis regarding unauthorized claims and if applicable, carry out necessary charge back.
Submit VIN label request to the factory, coordinate with the DMA for installation, and ensure proper record-keeping.
Provide support to the Zone Warranty Support Managers regarding PWA and warranty claim adjudication.
Dealership reviews & process chargebacks
Analyze dealer claim submissions and request parts return to support the Parts Testing Program.
Prepare and issue Warranty Bulletins.
Other duties as assigned
