The Warranty Specialist supports Apex Service Partners’ affiliated home service companies across the NY Metro area by managing warranty claims and reimbursement processes. This role ensures that failed parts under warranty are accurately identified, submitted, tracked, and reimbursed in accordance with each manufacturer’s unique requirements and procedures. The position involves developing and maintaining effective communication channels with warehouse teams across multiple locations to identify new warranty claims and initiate the reimbursement process. The Warranty Specialist will serve as a key liaison between warehouses and manufacturers, ensuring timely follow-through and proper documentation for all claims. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of navigating multiple processes simultaneously while maintaining strong coordination across teams.
