Bilingual Customer Service
About The Position
Guidehouse is seeking a bilingual Spanish customer service team member to support customers interested in loan products. The work may include reviewing applications in detail, supporting loan operations, providing customer care through inbound and outbound calls, and prospecting. Team members help customers understand their interest in loan products and guide them through completing the required loan application paperwork. This position is based in the San Antonio, Texas office, Monday through Friday. Employees must be able to work an eight-hour shift scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Central Time.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and one year of experience, or three years of relevant equivalent experience in lieu of a diploma or GED.
- 0–2+ years of experience in business, finance, application review, or customer service.
- Bilingual Spanish ability.
- PC skills in a Windows environment.
- Knowledge and use of desktop applications, including Word and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and critical-thinking skills.
- Dedication to participant satisfaction.
- Ability to initiate and follow through on projects and work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of experience working with financial products or in a customer service setting.
- CRM experience.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers interested in loan products and understand their needs.
- Provide guidance on completing necessary loan application paperwork.
- Review applications in detail and provide loan operations support.
- Provide customer care through inbound and outbound calls and assist with prospecting.
- Manage assigned workload using provided tools and resources.
- Initiate and follow through on projects, working independently with minimal supervision.
