About The Position

The Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator is an entry-level position at ProCare, a leading provider of Worker’s Compensation transportation and language services. This role is crucial for assisting client companies in arranging transportation for medical appointments and pharmacy stops, as well as providing language support. The Customer Service team plays a vital role in the company's operations, ensuring efficient service delivery through both the bilingual Customer Service center and contract interpreters.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience (1-2 years)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Critical Thinking and Organizational Skills
  • Alpha/Numeric Data Entry
  • Bilingual (Spanish) Required
  • Experience with ACD telephone lines
  • Comfortable Microsoft Office applications
  • Arrive on time on a daily basis
  • Being a Team Player
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience

Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls (approx. 70% of job duties – depending on business needs)
  • Collaborating with clients, patients, drivers and translators
  • Collecting and entering appointment information
  • Scheduling rides for injured workers
  • Ability/Willingness to cross train in other departments
  • Other Duties as assigned
  • Meeting production expectations
