Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • 3+ Years of relevant customer service and/or transaction processing experience
  • Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
  • Solid computer multitasking skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to expand on these abilities
  • Ability to work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • College degree or currently pursuing
  • An associate’s degree or higher
  • Active Adjusters insurance license

Responsibilities

  • Collect facts about the accident
  • Investigate claim details
  • Collect statements from involved parties
