ESC Corporate Services Ltd. is seeking two Bilingual Call Centre Customer Service Representatives to support its continued growth. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers across all ESC product lines and services, providing support and resolving issues. You will assess and respond to customer needs, manage requests from initial contact through to completion, and ensure all orders are accurately submitted and tracked. This is a full-time permanent position with two distinct shifts available: Shift A (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) and Shift B (12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.), both Monday through Friday, with a hybrid in-office schedule. Training will require availability for the 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. shift for the first few months.
