Bilingual Assistant Branch Manager
About The Position
Regional Finance is hiring a Bilingual Assistant Branch Manager to serve customers in person and by phone in an on-site role. The position supports branch and individual loan sales goals, builds customer relationships throughout the loan lifecycle, and helps borrowers find appropriate financial solutions. It also involves credit underwriting, early-stage delinquency management, customer education, and ensuring lending activities are accurate and compliant. The role offers a base pay of $17.50 to $23.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience, with bonus opportunities; top performers can earn up to $62,240 per year in total compensation, including bonus.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
- Ability to handle cash payments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities
- Exceed individual and branch-level loan sales targets through proactive customer outreach and follow-up.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the full loan lifecycle and recommend tailored financial solutions.
- Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to support informed lending decisions.
- Manage consumer loan accounts that are 1–30 days past due through outbound calls, texts, and emails, working with borrowers on payment arrangements, extensions, or other approved solutions.
- Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in lending activities.
- Educate customers about loan terms and optional products so they understand their options.
- Multitask and adapt to the demands of the role while providing timely and efficient service.
