About The Position

The Bilingual Account Representative supports an established sales team by identifying customer opportunities and helping drive revenue. The position begins with an accelerated training program covering the logistics industry; no prior experience is necessary. After training, the representative grows new and existing business by presenting transportation services to customers and managing freight issues 24/7/365. The role focuses on customers with Mexico cross-border shipping needs and is performed 100% in-office at the Cincinnati, Ohio location.

Requirements

Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

Communicate with the sales team and customers to build and maintain relationships with customers who have Mexico cross-border shipping needs.
Manage projects from start to finish, oversee daily shipments, and resolve issues to ensure pickups and deliveries are on time.
Work with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing.
Input, update, and manage shipment information in company systems.
Collaborate with the support team to ensure each shipment is serviced properly.
Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed.
Present transportation services to customers and grow new and existing business.
Handle freight issues 24/7/365.
