About The Position

The Bid Proposal Analyst supports the proposal development process by analyzing bid opportunities, coordinating proposal submissions, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. The role works collaboratively across departments to help deliver high-quality, competitive bids. It requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Business travel and presence in an i2G office may be required as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or at least 2 years of work experience.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and proposal development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs), and other bid documents to identify requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and technical teams to gather inputs for bid responses.
• Develop and maintain bid schedules to ensure proposals are submitted on time.
• Assist in creating bid content, including executive summaries, pricing models, and compliance matrices.
• Track and report on bid outcomes and performance metrics.
• Maintain a database of bid documents, templates, and historical submissions.
• Support continuous improvement of bid processes and tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
