About The Position

The Bid Proposal Analyst supports i2G’s proposal development process by analyzing bid opportunities, coordinating proposal submissions, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. The role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration across departments to deliver high-quality, competitive bids.

The position is fully remote, with business travel and occasional presence in an i2G office or at other events as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or at least 2 years of work experience.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and proposal development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with procurement processes or bids.
• Familiarity with CRM and bid management software such as Salesforce, RFPIO, or Loopio.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs), and other bid documents to identify requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and technical teams to gather inputs for bid responses.
• Develop and maintain bid schedules to ensure proposals are submitted on time.
• Assist in creating bid content, including executive summaries, pricing models, and compliance matrices.
• Track and report on bid outcomes and performance metrics.
• Maintain a database of bid documents, templates, and historical submissions.
• Support continuous improvement of bid processes and tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
