About The Position

Innovative Counseling Partners, PLLC, is hiring licensed clinical therapists to provide mental health counseling and therapy in a compassionate, inclusive private practice serving a diverse community. The role involves working with adults, families, couples, children, and adolescents. Bilingual candidates are highly valued. Required availability includes at least two evenings weekly, or one evening and hours on Saturday or Sunday, with at least eight sessions during prime-time hours (5 p.m.–9 p.m. weeknights) or weekends.

Requirements

Current Illinois license as an LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW.
One to three years of experience in behavioral health.
Passion for supporting others.
Ability to work a minimum of 12 clinical session hours per week.
Availability for at least two evenings per week, or one evening per week plus Saturday or Sunday hours.
At least eight sessions scheduled during prime time (5 p.m.–9 p.m. weeknights) or weekends.

Nice To Haves

Registration with CAQH and an NPI number.
Specialized training in Play Therapy, Art Therapy, DBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR.

Responsibilities

Provide counseling and therapy services to adults, families, couples, children, and adolescents.
