About The Position

Innovative Counseling Partners, PLLC, is a compassionate, inclusive private practice providing mental health counseling and therapy to a diverse community. The practice uses a holistic, mindful approach and emphasizes accessible, multilingual care, collaboration, employee support, and professional growth. Therapists work with adults, families, couples, children, and adolescents. Compensation is $60–$80 per clinical hour, depending on licensure, billing entity, and session type. The position requires at least 12 clinical session hours per week, with flexible options for full-time work. Scheduling must include at least two evenings per week, or one evening and hours on Saturday or Sunday, with at least eight sessions during prime-time hours (5 p.m.–9 p.m. weeknights or weekends).

Requirements

• Current Illinois license: LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW.
• 1–3 years of experience in behavioral health.
• Passion for supporting others.
• Ability to work at least 12 clinical session hours per week.
• Availability for at least two evenings per week, or one evening per week plus Saturday or Sunday hours, including at least eight sessions during prime time (5 p.m.–9 p.m. weeknights or weekends).
• Bilingual candidates are highly valued.

Nice To Haves

• Private practice experience.
• Background in Community Mental Health or a Behavioral Health Hospital.
• Registered with CAQH and holds an NPI number.
• Specialized training in Play Therapy, Art Therapy, DBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical therapy to clients, including adults, families, couples, children, and adolescents.
• Work a minimum of 12 clinical session hours per week.
• Meet the required evening or weekend schedule and provide at least eight sessions during prime-time hours.
• Participate in individual and group consultation and supervision.
• May earn additional income through supervision and blog writing.
