About The Position

Innovative Counseling Partners, PLLC is a compassionate, inclusive private practice providing mental health counseling and therapy to a diverse community. Requirements

Current Illinois license as an LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW.
1–3 years of experience in behavioral health.
Passion for supporting others.
Ability to work a minimum of 12 clinical session hours per week.
Availability for at least two evenings per week, or one evening and hours on Saturday or Sunday, with at least eight sessions at prime time (5 p.m.–9 p.m. weeknights) or on weekends.

Nice To Haves

Private practice experience.
Background in Community Mental Health or a Behavioral Health Hospital.
Registration with CAQH and an NPI number.
Specialized training in Play Therapy, Art Therapy, DBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR.

Responsibilities

Provide mental health counseling and therapy to clients, including adults, families, couples, children, and adolescents.
Work at least 12 clinical session hours per week.
