Bi-Lingual Licensed Clinical Therapist LCPC/LCSW (Evenings and Weekend Availability)
About The Position
Innovative Counseling Partners, PLLC, is hiring licensed clinical therapists to provide mental health counseling and therapy in an inclusive private-practice setting. The practice serves a diverse community and values multilingual care, collaboration, employee support, professional development, and work-life balance. Therapists should have experience working with adults, families, couples, children, and adolescents; bilingual candidates are highly valued. The role requires at least 12 clinical session hours per week, with flexible scheduling and full-time options. Full-time is defined as 25–30 clinical session hours per week. The schedule must include at least two evenings per week, or one evening and hours on Saturday or Sunday, with at least eight sessions during prime-time hours: 5 p.m.–9 p.m. on weeknights or weekends. Compensation is $60–$80 per clinical hour, depending on licensure, billing entity, and session type.
Requirements
- Current Illinois license as an LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW.
- 1–3 years of experience in behavioral health.
- Passion for supporting others.
- Ability to work a minimum of 12 clinical session hours per week.
- Availability for at least two evenings per week, or one evening per week plus Saturday or Sunday hours, with at least eight sessions during prime-time hours (5 p.m.–9 p.m. weeknights or weekends).
- Experience working with adults, families, couples, children, and adolescents.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual ability; bilingual candidates are highly valued.
- Private-practice experience.
- Background in Community Mental Health or a Behavioral Health Hospital.
- Registration with CAQH and an NPI number.
- Specialized training in Play Therapy, Art Therapy, DBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR.
Responsibilities
- Provide mental health counseling and therapy to clients across age groups and relationship or family contexts, including adults, families, couples, children, and adolescents.
- Work at least 12 clinical session hours per week.
- Maintain the required evening or weekend availability, including at least eight prime-time sessions.
- Participate in individual and group consultation and supervision as applicable.
- May pursue additional income through supervision and blog writing.
