About The Position

Responsible for the day to day operation of the Beverage Department on an assigned shift in accordance with established policies and procedures. Establishes and administers training programs for the staff. Counsels, guides and instructs personnel in the proper performance of their duties. Must be able to interact with internal and external clients to meet and exceed their needs. Ability to work in high-pressure situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional and appropriate demeanor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to train and supervise beverage staff.
