About The Position

LiquiServe, a regional institutional/foodservice equipment service provider operating for an average of 35 years in multiple states, is seeking experienced technicians for immediate openings. The role involves reactive service, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, part replacement, problem resolution, and customer training. It also includes preventive maintenance and installation/removal of countertop beverage equipment for major corporate accounts. The position requires a willingness to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation. Technicians will work remotely using LiquiServe's dispatching software (Alert) and are responsible for organizing and submitting paperwork weekly. They must carry and report issues with company-issued communication devices. Responsibilities also include facilitating the delivery of repair parts and customer equipment, maintaining inventory, and executing equipment pick-up and return. A key aspect is delivering superior customer service, focusing on customer needs, building relationships, and collaborating on solutions. Basic knowledge of electricity, heating and refrigeration, and water quality/filtration principles is preferred but training will be provided. Experience in servicing and installing espresso, drip coffee, liquid coffee, juice, fountain, and/or water filtration equipment in food service and c-store environments is preferred but not required. Positions are full-time and include after-hours and weekend on-call duties. A clean DMV driving record is required, and candidates are subject to pre-employment and random drug screenings. All on-call and after-hours time will be compensated at a time and a half rate. Successful candidates will be provided with a service van, cell phone, service manuals, training, and parts as required.

Requirements

  • Experienced technicians
  • Lifting requirement of 50lbs
  • Knowledge of basic electricity; amperage, voltage and current
  • Understanding of basic heating and refrigeration
  • Understanding of water quality and filtration principles
  • Clean DMV driving record
  • Candidates are subject to pre employment drug screen as well as random drug tests

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates with experience in service and installation of espresso, drip coffee, liquid coffee, juice, fountain and/or water filtration equipment in food service and c-store environments are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to work remotely in a telecommuting environment processing service call information using Liquiserve’ s dispatching soft wear (Alert)
  • Processes organize and maintain clean and accurate paper work to deliver to the corporate office in New Mexico weekly in a timely organized manner. Using pre postage mailers provided by Liquiserve
  • Must carry company issued communication devices and report problems with said devices
  • Facilitate delivery of repair parts and customer equipment, maintain inventory and execute equipment pick up and return
  • Deliver superior customer service to include focus on customer needs, developing and sustaining positive customer relationships, creating and executing plans and solutions in collaboration with customers
