About The Position

Cavalier Distributing Company is hiring a non-CDL Beverage Delivery Driver in Lakeland, Florida. The driver delivers craft beer, wine, and other beverage products to bars, restaurants, and retail accounts using a box truck. The role is presented as an opportunity to support the company’s delivery team and provide safe, courteous, professional service to customers.

The schedule offers a four-day work week. Compensation is $19.50–$21.50 per hour, based on experience. The company describes a new-truck fleet equipped with liftgates and telematics. Full-time benefits include PTO accruing from the start date, with additional benefits available after 60 days; 401(k) matching eligibility begins the first of the quarter following the employee’s 90th day. Requirements

• Have a valid, unexpired driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Have a thorough understanding of traffic laws and a commitment to defensive driving.
• Have excellent communication skills and a customer-service orientation.
• Have basic numerical skills for order and delivery paperwork.
• Be willing to take and pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles safely and follow DOT safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Load, unload, and maneuver beverage products, generally weighing between 30 and 165 pounds.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report safety issues.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and handle cash management duties with integrity.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service to delivery accounts.
