Location: Store #301 26519 Aliso Creek Road, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656 Summary: We are seeking 2 experienced Full-Time and 2 Part-Time Beverage Clerks to support daily beverage operations at Store #301. Prior hands-on beverage preparation experience is required. Employees will prepare beverages, support customer service, maintain sanitation, and assist with opening, closing, and daily operations. Training on company recipes and SOPs will be provided.

Requirements

Prior hands-on experience in beverage preparation is required.
Willing and eager to learn beverage recipes, preparation procedures, equipment, and service standards.
Friendly, service-oriented, and comfortable interacting with customers.
Hard-working, dependable, and able to follow instructions and established procedures.
Able to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Able to follow recipes, portion standards, and preparation procedures accurately.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively with supervisors and other team members.
Must obtain and maintain any required food handling certification in accordance with company requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Experience in bubble tea shops, coffee shops, or similar beverage operations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble beverages according to company recipes, SOPs, and portion standards.
Prepare, portion, organize, and replenish beverage ingredients and supplies for daily operations.
Greet customers, take orders, answer basic product questions, and provide friendly and efficient service.
Follow established recipes and preparation procedures to maintain consistent product quality, taste, and portion sizes.
Monitor and replenish ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies throughout the shift.
Follow all applicable food safety, sanitation, personal hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
Maintain clean and sanitary beverage preparation areas, equipment, utensils, counters, and other assigned work areas.
Follow proper storage and FIFO requirements and minimize product and ingredient waste.
Work closely with team members and supervisors to support daily operations and customer service needs.
