About The Position

99 Ranch Market is hiring Beverage Clerks for Store #301 in Aliso Viejo to support daily beverage operations. The role involves preparing beverages according to company recipes, standard operating procedures, and portion standards; preparing and replenishing ingredients and supplies; serving customers; and maintaining food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness. Training on company recipes and procedures will be provided. The posting describes full-time and part-time hiring needs, with flexible availability for morning and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.

Requirements

Prior hands-on experience in beverage preparation is required.
Willingness and eagerness to learn beverage recipes, preparation procedures, equipment, and service standards.
Friendly, service-oriented, and comfortable interacting with customers.
Hard-working, dependable, and able to follow instructions and established procedures.
Able to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Flexible availability for morning and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.

Nice To Haves

Experience in bubble tea shops, coffee shops, or similar beverage operations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble beverages according to company recipes, SOPs, and portion standards.
Prepare, portion, organize, and replenish beverage ingredients and supplies.
Greet customers, take orders, answer basic product questions, and provide friendly, efficient service.
Follow recipes and preparation procedures to maintain consistent product quality, taste, and portion sizes.
Monitor and replenish ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies throughout the shift.
Follow applicable food safety, sanitation, personal hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
Clean and maintain beverage preparation areas, equipment, utensils, counters, and assigned work areas.
Follow proper storage and FIFO requirements and minimize product and ingredient waste.
Work with team members and supervisors to support daily operations and customer service needs.
