About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, the All Purpose Clerk helps keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. The role includes helping customers find products and answering questions while maintaining a welcoming environment across store areas. The clerk stocks shelves, rotates products, updates pricing or signage, maintains displays, monitors product levels, and keeps the backroom organized. The work involves handling inventory, supporting different departments, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some role requirements may require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 60 lbs., and work in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters in accordance with training and safety guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing tasks, departments, and priorities.
• Compliance with company safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience.
• Experience placing products on shelves, facing items, and maintaining display standards.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments.
