About The Position

The Bengali Bilingual Expert applies Bengali language expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world input. The work supports how AI models learn, reason, and perform. No prior AI experience is required; domain knowledge is the focus. The role involves evaluating Bengali audio for speaker or model nativeness and fluency, assessing pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity using established guidelines, and documenting clear assessments and detailed justifications in English. The expert also collaborates with project coordinators to clarify requirements or language ambiguities, contributes insights to improve Bengali-language AI performance, and completes assigned audio review tasks accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Native proficiency in Bengali.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to articulate nuanced language differences clearly and accurately.
