Requirements

  • Current Florida 2-15 License or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to interpret technology issue and provide supportive solutions
  • College degree; or 1+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 1 year industry experience to include a strong technology background with Benefits Administration systems
  • Working Knowledge of Employee Navigator
  • Possess skills necessary to communicate with internal and external clients, carriers and prospects
  • Intermediate to advanced level Excel knowledge
  • Ability to maintain and organize electronic files on the company document management system
  • Working knowledge of Benefit Point Management System, or willingness to learn
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Support the Technology team with implementations, renewals and integration projects, including EDI, API, and data exchanges.
  • Resolve data discrepancies from interfaces.
  • Research escalations from internal and external team members for ongoing issues.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal team members, external vendors and carriers to ensure completion of all integration projects.
  • Continuously improve internal processes to improve quality, increase consistency, and shorten timetables.
  • Assist with the creation and review of technical requirements, test plans and renewals, training materials and procedure documents; Collect required documentation and contacts needed for integrations, and serve as liaison for all integration projects.
  • Coordinate testing with third parties for interfaces during renewal and special projects.
  • Provide internal support as an Electronic Data Interface resource and subject matter expert.
