Through virtual appointments, representatives work directly with individuals and families to understand their needs, answer questions, and help them navigate their available options from the convenience of home.

Responsibilities

Provide members with information and support while guiding them through the enrollment process.
Connect with members who are seeking benefit information and assistance.
Review eligibility requirements and explain available programs.
Respond to incoming inquiries and provide clear, timely answers.
Follow up with members to address outstanding questions and next steps.
Learn about individual needs and priorities through structured conversations.
Present appropriate coverage options based on each member’s circumstances.
Assist with enrollment forms and required documentation.
Maintain professional and organized communication throughout the process.
Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about programs, products, and procedures.
Work alongside team leaders and mentors to continually strengthen your skills.
