About The Position

We’re growing our virtual team and seeking motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, providing helpful guidance, and developing lasting client relationships. Our team supports working families throughout North America by helping them access life, accident, and supplemental benefit programs. You’ll connect with members who have expressed interest in receiving information, learn about their individual needs, explain the options available to them, and guide them through the enrollment process. The position is fully remote, and comprehensive training is provided. Previous industry experience is not required.

Requirements

Confident verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable interacting with clients over phone and video.
Reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Professional and approachable when assisting clients.
Receptive to coaching, training, and feedback.
Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
Able to follow an established structure while contributing to a team environment.

Previous industry experience is not required.

Responsibilities

Communicate with members who have requested information about available benefits.
Conduct virtual appointments by phone or video.
Learn about each member’s situation and determine their individual needs.
Explain available programs and options in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
Assist members with eligibility requirements, applications, and enrollment.
Manage both incoming inquiries and follow-up communication.
Maintain organized and accurate client information.
Follow established procedures and service standards.
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development.
Keep your knowledge of programs, products, and guidelines current.
