About The Position

TF Partners Inc. is actively hiring a Benefits Sales Consultant in the Pueblo area. In this outside sales role, you'll connect with local business leaders to provide employees with impactful and affordable health benefits. Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Meet with business owners and HR decision-makers to assess needs and present benefits solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and explain plan options clearly and professionally
  • Manage prospects and follow-ups using a CRM tool
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and long-term relationship management
  • Represent TF Partners with integrity, passion, and professionalism
