About The Position
The Weatherspoon Agency is seeking motivated individuals for a remote career in client support and benefits services. No prior insurance experience is required. The agency provides structured virtual training, mentorship, onboarding support, and coaching to help qualified individuals transition into the industry. The role involves working with members and families who request information about available union and association benefits. Team members will meet with clients virtually via Zoom to review options and assist with enrollment. The onboarding process is designed to simplify licensing, training, technology, and industry learning through virtual mentorship, structured onboarding, live coaching, ongoing training support, and team-based development. This is a remote independent contractor opportunity.

Nice To Haves
- Prior backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, sales, management, healthcare, education, retail, and remote support environments often translate well into this role.
- Licensing scholarship assistance may be offered to qualified candidates to help offset initial resident state licensing costs.
- Assistance with navigating the Georgia Temporary License pathway is provided for qualifying candidates.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually through Zoom.
- Review available benefit options with clients.
- Help families enroll in coverage when appropriate.
- Work within company-supported lead programs and structured appointment systems.
