About The Position

The Weatherspoon Agency is seeking motivated individuals for a remote career in client support and benefits services. No prior insurance experience is required. The role involves working with members and families who request information about available union and association benefits. Team members will meet with clients virtually via Zoom to review options and assist with enrollment. The agency focuses on a simple, structured, and supportive onboarding process that addresses common challenges like licensing, technology, and industry learning through virtual mentorship, structured onboarding, live coaching, ongoing training, and team-based development. This is a remote independent contractor opportunity.

Requirements
