Benefits Platform, Senior Operations Associate

This role is for a Senior Operations Associate on the Benefits Platform Operations team at Justworks. The main responsibilities include managing the relationship with carriers, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of data, and collaborating with senior Operations colleagues, tech, and business teams to improve efficiency and streamline processes. The role offers the opportunity to join a fast-growing team, gain experience in building and running a product and business, and have various paths for growth within the company. The team is responsible for building and running a new benefits platform to accelerate the growth of the core business.

• Perform day-to-day operations for small group health insurance offering
• Work with insurance carriers to resolve escalated issues such as enrollment errors and plan coding issues
• Collect plan and pricing data from carriers and enroll groups and individuals within carriers' systems
• Identify and remediate problems by developing and updating standard operating procedures
• Support system implementation of new benefits and report changes in systems/procedures across teams
• Execute regular filing and any additional regulatory duties
• Adhere to vendor and internal partner service level agreements (SLAs)
• Triage incoming issues/inquiries and escalate as necessary
• Work closely with senior team members to develop strategies for operational efficiencies
