About The Position

AO Globe Life is hiring a fully remote Benefits Coordinator to help clients understand and enroll in supplemental benefits. The role involves presenting options suited to individuals and families, building long-term client relationships, providing high-quality service, keeping digital records accurate, and following up with clients. Coordinators lead virtual Zoom consultations and receive training, mentorship, and professional development.

This is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must complete required training and obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before performing licensed insurance activities. Applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements are at the candidate’s expense. Licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a reliable high-speed internet connection and provide a computer or laptop with a webcam.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools.
• Be self-motivated, organized, coachable, and able to work independently.
• Provide a professional remote workspace.
• Complete required training and obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
