The Retirement Plan Administrator is responsible for the administration, compliance, and Team Member customer service aspects of our 401(k) plan, deferred compensation plan, and other related rewards programs with major decisions and sign off on audit, testing, etc. made by their manager. This position is responsible for accurately transmitting and auditing money and information for the company and its Team Members with a high degree of accuracy. This role is the primary point of contact for team members concerning account related questions regarding their 401(k) account. The Retirement Plan Administrator is also responsible for administering the Foundations Emergency Savings Program through file management, data auditing, and coordinating the processing of deductions and incentives.
