About The Position

The Associate – ICHRA Analyst will play a key role in supporting the development and expansion of Lockton’s Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) practice. This position partners closely with internal Subject Matter Experts, producers, and client service teams to deliver data-driven insights, financial modeling, and market analysis that inform client strategy and decision-making. This is a non-exempt, salaried role requiring the following focus areas: ICHRA Analytics (Approx. 85%25) Analyze and manipulate large census datasets to support ICHRA feasibility assessments and modeling Conduct local market analysis, including individual health plan pricing, carrier options, and plan design comparisons Develop financial models to evaluate employer contributions, employee affordability, and enrollment scenarios Track and maintain state-level pricing updates, marketplace dynamics, and renewal trends Perform benchmarking analysis on employer contribution strategies and enrollment patterns Identify trends across employer segments and provide insights to guide strategy development Support onboarding and implementation activities, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders Client Services Support (Approx. 15%25) Support ongoing client service delivery within assigned accounts, including issue resolution and data analysis Assist in development of client deliverables, presentations, and reporting materials Collaborate with producers and account teams to support client strategy discussions Ensure accuracy and quality of data used in client-facing materials Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools within the Client Services team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Or relevant experience
  • 0–3 years of experience in employee benefits, healthcare consulting, financial analysis, or related analytical role
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience working with data sets
  • Proficiency in Excel (modeling, pivot tables, data manipulation)
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Communication skills (written and verbal)
